1. Intrapreneur vs. Entrepreneur:

• Intrapreneur: An intrapreneur is an individual within a larger organization who exhibits entrepreneurial qualities while working within the confines of the organization. Intrapreneurs take initiative, innovate, and drive change within their company. They seek out new opportunities, propose innovative ideas, and often work to develop and implement these ideas, creating value for the company.

• Entrepreneur: An entrepreneur is an individual who starts and operates their own business venture. Entrepreneurs are responsible for every aspect of their business, from concept and planning to execution and growth. They take on financial risks in the hopes of achieving profitability and success. Entrepreneurs typically build their businesses from the ground up and have complete ownership and control over their ventures.

2. Intrapreneurship:

Intrapreneurship refers to the practice of fostering and supporting entrepreneurial behavior within a larger organization. It involves creating an environment where employees are encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs, even though they are working within an established company. Intrapreneurship often includes initiatives, programs, or structures that allow employees to propose and develop innovative projects, products, or services that contribute to the organization's growth and competitiveness.
